To delete your account as a user of Ciclogreen, please contact us at support@ciclogreen.com , indicating the user's email address that you wish to delete and your ID number (DNI). In the subject of the message, write 'delete my account.' Once the deletion of the account is verified, we will remove all sensitive data associated with your account. This includes your name, surname, email, and password. However, we will retain records of activities, reward redemptions, and participation in challenges by linking this data to a fictitious user.
